About the Role

The Clinic Manager leads all aspects of collection site operations, ensuring compliant specimen collection, documentation, and customer experience.

This role oversees scheduling, collector coaching, inventory, and incident response in alignment with ODAPC and FMCSA requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily clinic operations and collector scheduling
  • Ensure chain-of-custody and documentation accuracy
  • Coordinate post-accident and reasonable suspicion collections
  • Maintain inventory, equipment calibration, and site inspections
  • Coach and develop collectors on standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years managing a testing clinic or healthcare operations
  • Strong understanding of DOT Part 40 collection requirements
  • Experience with incident response and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Professional Collector Trainer (CPCT)
  • Experience with national TPA workflows
