Our story

Built in Nebraska, for the way fleets really run.

Diversified Safety & Compliance was built in Lincoln, Nebraska to serve the carriers and employers that need real compliance support without the complexity of managing multiple vendors, disconnected records, and unclear next steps.

For many owner-operators, small fleets, and growing employers, compliance is not the only job. It is one more responsibility layered on top of dispatching drivers, managing customers, keeping people working, and running the business. Yet DOT, FMCSA, drug and alcohol testing, driver qualification, occupational health, and post-accident requirements still have to be handled correctly, documented properly, and followed through when issues arise.

That is where Diversified comes in.

Our team brings carrier compliance, drug and alcohol testing, occupational health services, and employer technology together under one coordinated approach. Instead of sending employers to one vendor for random testing, another for physicals, another for driver files, another for Clearinghouse support, and another for occupational health evaluations, we help organize the process around the employer’s real-world operation.

We support motor carriers with services such as C/TPA program administration, random testing consortium management, FMCSA Clearinghouse assistance, Driver Qualification File support, MVR tracking, UCR assistance, DOT physicals, post-accident testing, reasonable suspicion support, Return-to-Duty coordination, and access to nationwide collection sites. We also support employers with non-DOT testing programs, post-offer functional capacity testing, fit-for-duty evaluations, audiograms, respirator-related services, and other occupational health needs.

Today, Diversified serves 950+ carriers and employers from our Nebraska base, with locations in Lincoln and Beatrice and access to more than 3,000 testing locations nationwide. We remain family-owned, locally accountable, and built around practical support from real people who understand the pressure employers face when a driver needs cleared, a test needs coordinated, a file needs updated, or an urgent situation happens after hours.

Our work is simple in purpose: help employers keep people qualified, records organized, and compliance programs moving. Whether an owner-operator needs help understanding Clearinghouse requirements, a fleet is scaling from a handful of trucks to a larger operation, or an employer needs dependable testing and occupational health support, Diversified provides the guidance, coordination, and follow-through needed to reduce confusion and keep operations moving.

We do not just collect tests or process paperwork. We help employers manage the details behind the program — the deadlines, documentation, testing steps, follow-up, and support that make compliance easier to maintain over time.

Lincoln, Nebraska — where every Diversified program is built and run.
Our mission

To help carriers and employers manage DOT compliance, drug and alcohol testing, occupational health services, and workforce-readiness requirements through coordinated program administration, responsive support, and practical guidance from a Nebraska-based team.

Our vision

What we hold to

The principles behind every program we run.

  • Practical Compliance Expertise

DOT, FMCSA, and employer testing requirements can be complex, especially for carriers and businesses without a full in-house compliance team. We help translate those requirements into clear steps, organized records, and practical support.

  • One Coordinated Approach

Compliance works better when testing, driver files, physicals, occupational health services, and program administration are not scattered across disconnected vendors. Diversified brings the key pieces together so employers have better visibility and fewer gaps.

  • Support When Timing Matters

Post-accident testing, reasonable suspicion situations, driver qualification issues, and urgent compliance questions do not always happen during business hours. Our team is built to help employers coordinate next steps when fast, informed support matters.

  • Built for Small Fleets and Growing Employers

Owner-operators, small fleets, and growing businesses face many of the same requirements as larger organizations, but often without the same internal resources. We provide experienced support scaled to the way real employers operate.

  • Better Systems. Less Manual Follow-Up.

From testing records and driver documentation to renewal reminders, scheduling workflows, and program tracking, our technology helps reduce administrative burden and keep important compliance details easier to manage.

  • Proactive Program Support

Strong compliance is not just about reacting when something goes wrong. We help employers stay ahead of upcoming renewals, missing documentation, testing requirements, and program details that can create problems if left unmanaged.
