Design and deliver compelling DER and supervisor training that meets DOT standards and improves internal readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate live and virtual DER/supervisor trainings
Maintain up-to-date curriculum aligned to Part 382
Collect feedback and track certification outcomes

Required Qualifications

2+ years facilitating compliance or safety training
Excellent presentation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Instructional design experience
Diversified Academy trainer certification
