About the Role

Work with compliance analysts and operations to resolve issues and enhance the Diversified platform experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Triage support tickets and build internal tools
  • Instrument monitoring and improve error budgets
  • Collaborate on secure integrations and data flows

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years in support engineering or SRE/DevOps
  • Experience with TypeScript/Next.js and SQL basics

Preferred Qualifications

  • GCP/Cloud Run familiarity
  • Security-first mindset (SOC2/SIEM exposure)
