Diversified Safety & Compliance invites customers, prospective customers, motor carriers, employers, supervisors, safety professionals, and community partners to our first annual Customer Compliance Day & Open House at our new Lincoln headquarters and clinic.
This complimentary event is an opportunity to meet our ownership, leadership, and compliance teams, tour our expanded facility, ask questions, and learn more about the services and processes available through Diversified Safety & Compliance.
Attendees may participate in the entire event or register only for the sessions most relevant to their organization.
Throughout the day, our team will be available to discuss:
- DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing
- Random consortium administration
- Pre-employment enrollment and driver roster processes
- DOT physical examinations
- Functional capacity testing and pre-employment backscreens
- FMCSA Clearinghouse and MOTUS support
- Driver Qualification File management
- MVR and credential monitoring
- Post-accident testing requirements
- Reasonable suspicion procedures
- DOT compliance and audit preparation
- Occupational health and employer testing programs
Complimentary MOTUS Support
FMCSA’s transition to MOTUS has created account access, registration, and USDOT record-claiming challenges for many motor carriers. Diversified team members will provide in-person assistance with common setup and access issues.
Advance reservations are strongly encouraged so our team can prepare to assist each attendee.
Nebraska State Patrol Guest Presentation
Captain Mike Maytum of the Nebraska State Patrol will discuss what happens following an accident involving a commercial motor vehicle.
The presentation will address first response, post-crash investigations, potential compliance reviews and audits, post-accident drug and alcohol testing requirements, and the steps employers and drivers should take immediately following an accident.
Complimentary Supervisor Reasonable Suspicion Training
Diversified Safety & Compliance will provide a two-hour Reasonable Suspicion Training session for supervisors responsible for overseeing CDL drivers.
The training includes 60 minutes addressing alcohol misuse and 60 minutes addressing controlled-substance use. Participants will learn how to identify physical, behavioral, and speech indicators, document specific observations, determine when testing may be required, and properly direct an employee for testing.
Full attendance is required to receive a certificate of completion.
